Annapurna Round Circuit Trek
Annapurna Region has attracted tourists for decades with its unparalleled natural beauty complimented by the diversity in vegetation, local culture and nature as a whole. The trekking trial is encompassed by The Annapurna conservation Area Project (Estb 1986) which has been working to preserve the environment that makes the place so special. The major clans inhabiting the lower elevation areas in the Annapurna Circuit are Magar and Gurungs while Bhotias, Mananges and Thakalis live in the higher altitudes. All of the tribes follow Buddhism and have different culture with different costumes, songs and traditions.
Muktinath is one among the most popular Hindu Temples in Nepal that lies in the Annapurna region. People from all over the country swarm in to visit this ancient temple below the mighty Himalayas. 1225 species of plants, 103 species of mammals, 473 species of birds and various other mountain reptiles and amphibians inhibit the landscape.
